COMMUNITY. CONNECTION. CAREER MOBILITY.

Turning potential into credentials — and credentials into careers.

Illuminate STEM Workforce Pathways are designed to support students and emerging professionals as they explore, prepare for, and launch careers in high-demand technology and skilled trades.

WHAT ARE OUR WORKFORCE PATHWAYS & CERTIFICATION PROGRAMS?

Learn — but belong and advance.

Our programs combine hands-on technical training, industry-recognized certifications, mentorship, and career exposure to help participants not only learn — but belong and advance.

Programming is structured across two clear pathways:

AGES 12–16

Foundation Learning Pathways

Designed to spark interest, confidence, and direction. Students explore core technical skills while learning how technology connects to real careers.

The goal: early exposure + self-belief + clarity about
